General Service Charges

Effective June 15, 2010

This page details charges in effect for various services available at the credit union. A number of different chequing and savings accounts are available to our members. These accounts provide members with options regarding their service charges and interest rates. Details on the benefits of the following accounts are available in the accounts section:

All members must purchase their own micro encoded personalized cheque blanks which are provided at the Credit Union's cost. Prices vary with quantities ordered and styles selected.

OTHER SERVICES & CHARGES

A charge of $15.00 will be applied for closing an account within 90 days of opening unless transferred to another account in Swan Valley or another Credit Union. Duplicate account information, audit verification reports, credit report assistance, verifying funds on deposit in another financial institution, or other non-standard services not identified elsewhere in this schedule - $40.00 per hour ($5. minimum) plus photocopy or microfiche/microfilm charges, postage and handling, and any other costs incurred. Credit Life, Credit Disability, Critical Illness , Loss of Employment, Group Mortgage Protection, Term Life and Travel Insurance - at rates provided by the insurer from time to time available on request.
