The United Nations has declared 2026 the International Year of the Woman Farmer, recognizing the important role women play in agriculture and food production around the world.

To celebrate, we're sharing the stories of a few of the women in agriculture who are part of our SVCU community.

Beef on a Bun Donations

Despite having to cancel our annual Beef on a Bun event due to flooding throughout the Swan Valley, we still wanted to support the organizations the event was meant to benefit.

We’re proud to donate $3,000 each to the Benito Vesselli Dance Club and the Swan River Jackpots.

We look forward to bringing Beef on a Bun back next year!
