The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Senior MSR to guide and support our team. Reporting to the Manager, Member Services, the successful candidate will be focused on corporate account openings, estates, registered plans, resolving complex member questions, and providing technical, sales, and member service expertise to the team. This role requires strong leadership and collaborative skills as you work with the Manager, Member Services to contribute to measurable successes in a team-based environment. In addition, this position will provide daily guidance to the MSR team to support skill development and performance. Other responsibilities will include ATM and treasury oversight, branch openings and closures, and stepping in for the Manager, Member Services as required.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and/or related post-secondary training. A driven, adaptable individual, you have a professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. With a creative and innovative approach, the successful candidate will display strong problem-solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills. Preference may be given to those candidates with financial services experience.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for the Marketing function of the credit union and its subsidiaries. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns that uphold SVCU’s brand standards and community-based values in all communications. The candidate will oversee donations and sponsorships, website & social media management, and promotional inventory. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the creation of SVCU’s Annual Report and coordinating special events in-branch and in the community.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in graphic design, marketing, or business and/or experience in a similar role. Experience working with various social media platforms would be viewed favourably. An imaginative and innovative individual, you are highly organized and have a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration. You have a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and can readily adapt in a fast-paced environment. You are described as having strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
